When can I expect my order?
Our team usually takes 1-3 business days to prepare and ship your package. After that, it should arrive within 4-9 business days.
The expected delivery time has passed, where is my order?!
In 99% of the cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that an order is delayed during the delivery process. You can check the status of your order via the following link: Track your order

I want to return an item, what should I do?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return it within 30 days of receipt. Products must be returned in their original condition and provided with labels and tags. The product must not show any signs of use.
A return shipment must always be provided with a Track & Trace code. The sender is always responsible for the shipment.
To initiate a return, please email support@roxy-melbourne.com and include your order number in the email.
Once we receive your returned items, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your account within 14 days.
Where can I find my Track & Trace code?
The Track & Trace code can be found in the confirmation email you received when the order was shipped.
